The Secaucus High School football team snapped a two-game losing streak with a 27-6 win over Harrison at home on Friday.
The Patriots had managed just six points during the skid and were coming off a scoreless performance at Pompton Lakes. But senior quarterback Julian Rocco threw for two touchdowns against Harrison to get Secaucus (2-2) back into the win column.
Rocco opened the scoring with a 21-yard touchdown pass to wide receiver A.J. Kirvin and bolstered the lead with an 11-yard scoring throw to wide receiver Kosei Hayashida before the half.
Hayashida padded the lead with an 85-yard kick return touchdown to open the second half and the Patriots never looked back.
Secaucus tries for its first winning streak of the season at New Milford on Friday.
