On March 19th at 7:29 pm during a Motor Vehicle Stop, a25yo male, Stefan Seguen of North Bergen was arrested for Possession of Marijuana [2C:35-10A(4)]. Mr. Seguen was processed, placed on a warrant, issued 3 MV summonses (Improper Display, Failure to Stop, and Possession of CDS in Motor Vehicle) then transported to Hudson County Jail.
On March 20th at 3:41pm during a Motor Vehicle stop a 22yo male, Jake Gutierrez of Union City was arrested for Possession of Marijuana [2C:35-10A(4)], Possession of Drug Paraphernalia [2C:36-2]. Mr. Gutierrez was processed issued 2 MV summonses (Tinted Windows, Possession of CDS in Motor Vehicle) then released.
On March 21st, at 10:07am Secaucus Police were dispatched to Home Deport on a call of Shoplifting. A 67yo male, Eduardo Valenzuela of Hoboken was arrested for Shoplifting [2C:20-11B]. Mr. Valenzuela was processed and transported to Hudson County Jail.
On March 22nd at 2:46pm Secaucus Police arrested a 30yo male, Richard Renner of Hackensack for an outstanding warrant in the amount of $3,500.00 from Hackensack. Custody of Mr. Renner was released to the Bergen County Sheriff’s Dept.
On March 22nd at 3:10 pm during a Motor Vehicle stop a 36yo male, Mario Flores of Clifton was arrested for an outstanding warrant in the amount of $200.00 from Bloomfield. Mr. Flores posted bail, was issued 1 MV summons (Driving with Suspended License) and released without incident.
On March 23rd at 10:55 am, Secaucus Police arrested a 37yo female, Joanny Paulino of Paterson for 2 counts of Credit Card Fraud [2C:21-6C(1)], [2C:21-6H], and Burglary [2C:18-2A(1)]. Ms. Paulino entered her co-worker’s vehicle and stole her credit card. The victim had received numerous alerts that her Credit Cards were used to purchase plane tickets, and purchases from various retailers. Ms. Paulino was processed, issued her summons and released.
On March 24th at 4:25 pm Secaucus Police investigated a suspicious person at the Royal Motel. A 22yo male, Jonathan Castillo of Hackensack was arrested for an outstanding warrant in the amount of $2,500.00 from Jersey City. Mr. Castillo posted bail and then released.
These charges are merely accusations and the defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
