A Secaucus High School student was arrested last week and charged with possession and distribution of marijuana oil, according the Secaucus Police Department.
The unnamed 14-year-old male student was selling hash oil to be used in vape pens, according to authorities. He was nabbed on school grounds on the morning of December 21 after a school official contacted the principal.
The boy was taken to the Secaucus Police Department for processing and is facing charges that include intent to distribute on school property and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was released to a parent later in the day.
