Secaucus police continued an eventful summer Sunday morning when they helped EMS workers deliver a local baby.
Linlin and Chao Jia, who moved to Secaucus in May, were planning to have their baby in New York City. But Linlin went into labor around midnight on Saturday and the couple called 911
Three Secaucus officers – Justin Restrepo, Sean Egan, and Sgt. Michael Simone – and EMS quickly responded and helped deliver a six-pound, nine-ounce baby girl the couple named Eevy.
