  1. I cant stand the fact the prices are so high! A Few nights ago I placed an order for pick up and it was like 18.45. According to them anything that’s 15.00 or higher they are suppose to give you free drink but you have to remind them to give it to you. Also they know who I am and you would think they would want to have a little conversation or at least say Hi which would be the proper way to greet a customer…Be sure to ask for forks and a spoon for your soup. Good luck getting more than 1 soy sauce. Otherwise, food is good. Cash only, wish they accepted debit or credit cards.

  2. Be Careful if you place an order for delivery, when i ordered the deliver guy walked right in my house and didnt even ring the door bell or knock.

  3. This place is garbage. Just look back into the kitchen and observe how filthy it is. Disgusting. And Jay is 100% correct. The customer service is lacking.

I once placed an order to pick up from there. Went in, they said it would take a few more minutes. So I sat to the side and watched what they were doing out of boredom. I noticed when I first got there that they bagged up an order and placed it on the floor. (FOOD SHOULD NEVER GO NEAR THE FLOOR) I figured that was something that needed to go out on delivery and was glad my food wasnt being thrown on the floor like that.

So twenty minutes passes, and I start to get annoyed, so I ask what was going on with my order. The girl turns and talks to the cooks, and they point at the bag that has been on the floor for 20 minutes. She picks it up, and tells me that’s my order. At this point, I was pretty upset. I told her I wouldnt take the food. First off, it’s been out for 20 minutes, so it was getting cold. Second, they had placed it on their filthy floor for all that time. Third, they kept me waiting there for 20 minutes when my order had been there the whole time. I walked out.

    I’ll never return.

  4. Wow. These are some horror stories.

I have since defected to Lee’s. Good food; check it out.

  5. Ha, Lee’s isnt any better. About ten years ago, I was part of a group who met at Lee’s twice WEEKLY. We liked the place, came to know the owners, spent a lot of money there.

One day, one of our group was involved in some town event that would go to benefit children in need and was going around asking local businesses to put up a sign in their window to get word out about the event.

9 out of 10 local businesses, of course, complied and allowed for the 8 X 10 sign to be posted.

When we asked the owners of Lee’s, they gave us a blank stare and a stern NO.

Suffice to say, we never went back.

Since then , I’ve come to know a few Chinese families in town who all endorse China Chef as the best Chinese food option in town. So that’s the only place I’ll order from / go to.
